As our products are made-to-order and perishable, refunds and returns are not accepted for:
• Change of mind or preference
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
• Products not received or collected in a timely manner resulting in spoilage
• Delays caused by third-party courier services post-dispatch
• Subjective preferences regarding taste, texture, or appearance
We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before finalizing purchases.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Should you receive products that are damaged, incorrect, or missing, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by contacting hello@baekelili.com with:
• Your order reference number
• Photographic evidence of the issue, including packaging
• A detailed description of the concern
Upon verification, we will assess the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund based on product availability and circumstances.
3. Delivery
While we utilize reputable courier services to ensure timely delivery, once orders have been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages occurring during transit; however, we will provide reasonable assistance in liaising with the courier to resolve delivery issues.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited using the original payment method. The refund process may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
